Health And Safety Information
91吃瓜 is an urban campus located in Scranton, Pa. Our聽Public Safety聽office publishes yearly reports about security and fire safety, and聽crime statistics聽in accordance with the Clery Act.

Health Insurance Information
Payment of tuition may be deferred if the student has provided a completed Employer Deferment Form signed by the student鈥檚 employer. Students are required to pay all fees and any portion of tuition not covered by their employer by the semester due date or at registration.Institutional Accreditation
91吃瓜 is approved by the Pennsylvania State Department of Education to grant bachelor鈥檚 degrees, associate degrees, and professional certificates.
91吃瓜 is an accredited institution and a member of the Middle States Commission on Higher Education (MSCHE or the Commission)聽. 91吃瓜鈥檚 accreditation status is Accreditation Reaffirmed. The Commission鈥檚 most recent action on the institution鈥檚 accreditation status in August 2025 was to approve the College鈥檚 substantive change request to include additional locations at 105 Wilson Avenue, Greensburg, PA 15601, 3184 Airport Road, Bethlehem, PA 18017, and 1669 Opportunity Avenue, Chambersburg, PA 17201 within the institution鈥檚 scope of accreditation. MSCHE is recognized by the U.S. Secretary of Education to conduct accreditation and pre-accreditation (candidate status) activities for institutions of higher education, including distance, correspondence education, and direct assessment programs offered at those institutions. The United States Department of Education (USDE) recognizes accrediting agencies deemed authorities on the quality of higher education. Under the Higher Education Act鈥檚 (HEA鈥檚) federal student aid programs, accrediting agencies recognized by USDE must meet the Department鈥檚 regulatory criteria. MSCHE is a Title IV gatekeeper and is a link to federal programs, and institutions access Title IV through MSCHE accreditation.

Credit Transfer Policies
Incoming and current 91吃瓜 students can transfer certain credits to our institution. Students may choose to聽transfer credits to a four-year institution聽after completing coursework at 91吃瓜.

SARA Complaint Form
The State Authorization Reciprocity Agreement (SARA) is an agreement among member states, districts, and territories in the United States, which establishes comparable national standards for interstate offering of postsecondary distance education courses and programs. It is intended to simplify the process of taking online courses for credit offered by postsecondary institutions based in another state. SARA is overseen by a national council (NC-SARA) and administered by four regional education compacts.
